We were excited to finally have a nice, sit down restaurant in Eagle Mountain. It looked clean and new on the outside and the inside was clean. The lighting inside was extremely bright and the restaurant was very busy, but there were plenty of seats available. The restaurant has rooms that are semi private, so you can have a big family get together there.
When we got to the restaurant we waited 5 minutes to be seated, then waited 15 minutes to get our order taken. Then, it took 30 minutes to get our food. The chips were cold, not heated, and the salsa wasn't great. When we got our order, the plates were very hot. I thought that was a good sign! However, the flour tortillas tasted old and smelled odd. My husband ordered the special which had a combination of food - taco, burrito, tostada, enchilada, beans and rice. It was quite a lot of food but not a lot of flavor. I had two tacos that were supposed to be shredded beef and it turned out to be hamburger. However, I enjoyed the tacos, beans, and the guacamole dip. So, all said and done it was a nice place to go and have a meal. Be careful what you order and don't expect too much, you may be disappointed.
